The store's been unofficially open for a little while, but Saturday 6pm SLT the Fashion Victim HQ will be open to all. There's a planned scavenger hunt, I've put out a free gift in one of the grocery bags hiding around the sim, something only available for this weekend to celebrate.
Plenty of designers have made exclusive gifts for the occasion so come and see not only the stores but all there is to explore.
